Shipping

Please allow up to 7-14 days for your order to be shipped out after your order date. You will receive a tracking number so that you are able to track your package. Shipping times do not include weekend.

Lost or Misplaced Orders

Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, Alycia Shiann Art cannot be held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit.

When making a purchase please carefully review the item description. If items arrive bent or damaged due to carrier, Alycia Shiann Art is happy to issue a reshipment of the original product. All items that are handmade or original artwork are not eligible for a refund.
