Commissions

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR COMMISSION FORM.


INFORMATION:
  • All commissions can be customized to your liking. Do not hesitate to ask questions if you are unsure what to add, I am happy to help accommodate your needs! 
  • I specialize in human anatomy, florals and botanicals, landscapes, and other nature elements. Please be advised of my specialties before requesting an artwork.
  • I WILL NOT COPY ANOTHER ARTIST'S WORK.  Due to copyright laws, copying another artist's work is non-negotiable. This is to protect myself and my business. Please do not request artwork that has been done by another artist. However, I would be happy to create something new for you that is inspired by the artist!
  • After submitting the commission form, I will review your form and create 4 thumbnail sketches of what you would like for your commission. From those sketches, you can choose which one you like the best and I will begin the commission or we can further develop one of the four sketches. There is no added fee for any additional changes. Please verify on the form which form of contact you prefer.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:

  • Alycia Shiann Art offers payment plans for those who request it.

  • 50% of the payment must be paid before I start the commission. The other 50% must be paid in full AFTER the commission is completed. You will be sent two invoices, one at the start of the commission and one after the commission is completed. You must pay the amount in full or pay the first payment of the requested payment plan in order for your commission to be released to you. 

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Your artwork will be packaged with care.

  • 5 concept sketches
  • 1 completed artwork
  • 1 business card
  • 1 Alycia Shiann Art sticker
