"I recently picked up a book called '365 Ways to Raise Your Frequency'. The first chapter is about awareness & on the 5th day, it said that in times of stress or anxiety, it is good to have a verbal or visual trigger that helps ground you again. I chose the angel number 111 as my verbal trigger because it has been a reoccurring number in my everyday life & I chose the bird of paradise as my visual trigger because they surround me everyday.
