Please allow up to 7-14 days for your order to be shipped out after your order date. You will receive a tracking number so that you are able to track your package. Shipping times do not include weekend.

Lost or Misplaced Orders

Please note Alycia Shiann Art is not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, Alycia Shiann Art cannot be held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit.

Pre Orders

 When you order an item that is listed as "pre-order" it signifies the product is not yet in stock. Date of actual product arrival varies and it can take longer for some items to process. For all items in this category, Alycia Shiann Art kindly asks that you allow an additional period of 1-4 weeks for your item to ship out.

All items received are eligible for return within 7 days of arrival. Alycia Shiann Art is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. When making a purchase please carefully review the item description. If items arrive bent or damaged due to carrier, Alycia Shiann Art is happy to issue a reshipment of the original product. All items that are handmade or original artwork are not eligible for a refund.
